GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS v2.02

1. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

(a) All orders are processed online. In addition, we offer free in-home demonstrations and evaluations, subject to availability.

(b) All orders are shipped/delivered once final payment is cleared.

(c) All quotes will be valid for 30 days, after which we reserve the right to request an updated and revised quote before

2. DISCREPANCIES IN GOODS ORDERED

We reserve the right to vary or alter the specifications of the goods ordered at any time if necessary, provided that such representations do not affect the quality or performance of the goods in question.

3. DELIVERY/ INSTALLATION

(a) Standard deliveries

All orders are processed once payment is completed. A courier provides the delivery. An average of 30 to 60 business days, excluding holidays and holidays.

(b) All deliveries must be verified by a SINGLE representative in coordination with a Vitorius manager so that all required standards are met.

(c) Shipping charges to NI and parts of the world other than the UK will incur additional charges. Please get in touch with us for more details.

(d) Installation and assisted deliveries

Once we have ordered and received your products (where applicable), we will agree on a mutually acceptable date for delivery and installation. You will be notified of the date and period (morning or afternoon) for the delivery and installation of your item. If you cannot keep this appointment, you must notify us (24 hours) to cancel and reschedule. Suppose appointments are canceled less than 24 hours in advance. In that case, we reserve the right to change the delivery and installation together with the storage charges incurred by us in the return and storage of your products in our warehouse.

(e) We are not responsible for delayed or canceled delivery due to matters beyond our control, stock availability and any other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping costs

Most of the quotes vary from country to country, which is why we cannot give a fixed rate, consult an advisor (contact us) and the guide in detail in each process.

Assisted parts and other options

(a) Assisted births are performed by our trained staff. We will fully assemble and demonstrate the product before it is shipped, this demonstration will be virtually created by the agent in charge of your purchase.

(b) Once all the steps have been carried out correctly, we proceed to dispatch the merchandise to the destination city (this policy only applies to buyers outside of Europe).

5. RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Our return policy varies depending on the nature of the item we have provided to you.

  • Custom and infection control items

Custom items are those that have been built, commissioned or adapted especially for you.

Infection control items are those such as (bathroom products, PPE, garments, consumables, incontinence, pressure care, bath and bath products, sitting accessories, etc.) that were once purchased , the item cannot be resold.

Once these items have been specially ordered, the purchase price is paid in full and these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

(b) Standard “off-the-shelf” items

These items can be returned within seven days of delivery in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee.

The restocking charge will be based on a percentage of the purchase price and will be calculated according to the nature of the product, the delay in the return and the condition of the product at the time of return. For example, it could include labor, parts packaging, and any subsequent loss to the business so that the particular item can be resold.

(c) All payments are processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of goods and after settlement of any related matters.

6. Warranty

(a) All products come with a standard 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty. The terms and conditions of such items remain with the manufacturer.

(b) We provide a “home” warranty service, the buyer will be trained on the correct USE of all the products you purchase, this will allow you to be .

(c) We provide a money back guarantee to the base. However, you will be responsible for shipping and damage charges to and from our store.

(d) Regular use, maintenance and wear; damage is not covered under warranty.

(e) Any return without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned. Therefore, please call us to obtain a valid RMA number before sending us any equipment.

7. STATUTORY RIGHTS

As described above, any product defect will be subject to its own manufacturer’s warranty, and these terms and conditions do not derogate from your statutory rights.

8. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions that we make in good faith at any time.

9. ENFORCEMENT

If any of the foregoing provisions are found to be unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of this agreement will not be affected.
